1. Eligibility for Return/Refund

We accept returns/refunds only if:

• The product delivered is damaged/defective.

• You received the wrong product instead of what you ordered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or washed products.

• Customized or personalized items.

• Minor color variations due to lighting/photography (not considered a defect).

3. Process for Returns

• You must raise a return/refund request within 7 days of delivery.

• Share unboxing video + product images as proof of damage/incorrect item.

• Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or ask you to ship the item back.

4. Refund Method

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.

• If the product is out of stock, we may issue a store credit instead.

5. Exchange Policy

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order after refund approval.
